There are few positions as imperative as your Estate manager. Whether it’s overseeing ocean-view properties or an Equestrian Estate, our Estate Managers are the best in the business. Rest assured, they have the skills to oversee daily operations of a private estate team, including the many assets that need tending to: luxury cars, boats and more. They are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and may manage multiple buildings or properties at once.
Hourly Rate
The market in South Florida is seeing an average of $50+/hour for full-time Estate Managers. At Oceanside we place professional & full-time Estate Managers only. Meaning we place individuals who have skilled labor certifications and/or 5+ years of experience in HNW (high net worth) properties. The hourly price will ultimately be determined by the needs of the property and the qualifications of our candidates.
Agency Fees
To start our search, we require a $500 engagement fee that is deducted from our placement fee, upon the hiring of a candidate. For South Florida-based families our Placement Fee is 20% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation. In addition to local searches, our team can conduct customized nationwide searches for families located outside of the South Florida area. Nationwide searches incur a Placement Fee of 25% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation, with a minimum fee of $5,995. Additional fees may apply for short term positions, or positions in high-demand at the time of placement.

OUR ONE-YEAR GURANTEE
In the event employment ends before one-year, subject to the terms of our agreement, Oceanside staffing will gladly apply a prorated portion of your placement fee towards your next search.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
We work around the clock to find the perfect fit for you and your family - but our rigorous process takes time. On average, our matching process typically takes between 2-4 weeks to find your perfect match; however, during our initial consultation, we will always ask about your timing restraints. Should you find yourself in a bind, we can expedite our 2-4 week process for an additional cost.
