Yacht Crew Wages
Wages for Yacht Crew largely depend on a number of factors: size of vessel, type of program, private/charter and overall use of the boat (single vs. dual season). The Process
Once we find a crew member that fits your specifications, we immediately send qualified candidates to you. All candidates have been thoroughly screened prior to sending a candidate to you. Rest assured, we call references, verify certificates/education and conduct a thorough internet screening (yes, all candidates are required to make social media profiles public to our agency. Failure to comply results in dismissal from our database).
If you’re hiring from the South Florida area, we are available to facilitate additional drug testing/screening for new hires at no additional charge. We’re committed to the safety and well-being of your vessel.
